Brian and his team were responsive, polite, understanding, and reliable. And above all honest, which is important in the mortgage business. Ours was a remote closing and purchase so tricky, but they handled it all very professionally. And the costs were as predicted. The underwriters were a bit of a pain, but the mortgage company dealt with them and were great with logistics. Very good experience.
