The property manager Dino is great! You get what you are paying for in the city. Very small living space, you can hear almost everything through your walls, including upstairs and downstairs neighbors. It really depends on if you can handle the small living space or not. The location is a plus, you're close to many surrounding neighborhoods. Again, management is great which helps.
Just want to share that Vatsal the leasing agent and Dino the property manager were extremely helpful from showing the apartment to accommodating through the leasing process. Very appreciative of their professionalism from my first interactions and through out

I have lived at the North Hotel for 3 years. It is a very good building with a very good landlord, Flats. Pat Gentry is the property manager and he is a gentleman, he would always give me his full attention when we talk. They do a good job of maintaining the building.
Arsim Zogoj is the friendliest maintenance in the building. They help when I call them like right away. They also dress like maintenance man easy to identify them. They always explain why I had an issue in first place so I can help myself. Thanks North Hotel for friendly people.👍🏽
