this is absolutely the best community! Jennifer the property manager is extremely nice and helpful. Always helping or working in the community.We love our home. Our pets love their yard. There's great changes going on in regards to upgrading the homes. The application process is simple. We are excited for our future here.
I've lived here since Nov 2020. Alison was in the office, then she left. Then we had Carl and Josh... and it was HORRIBLE. We now have Mrs Jennifer in our office and she is an angel!! I absolutely love her! She takes care of things and makes sure to get them done!!
The manager was very nice and open with communication. The applying process was wonderful and the homes are truly beautiful. My experience was wonderful.
Very nice place to call home. Not in the city but close enough to just about everything you could think of. Jennifer the property manager is awesome. Great place would highly recommend this place.
This is not a high grade place, but that's kind of implied by the fact that it's a mobile home park, but it is still moderately nice. Recently they have started allowing houses to be built on specific lots, and restoration on old trailers has also begun since the new ownership took over. I personally do not live here, but I know a lot of people that do, and though it could still use a lot of work, they almost all say they have happy living here.
