Horrible management, less than 90 days from moving in have had several issues. 1) fridge leaking water for several days until I actually had to physically show up at the residents office on order to get them to fix it after not responding to the work order or phone calls. 2) roaches of all shapes and sizes kept appearing in the kitchen and bathroom even though no food was out and everything is kept clean (still haven’t responded to the work order for pest control it’s been over a month now) 3) the tenants from above clogged ... read more
Jane was our leasing agent. If I could give a 0.2 rating I would. The leasing agent and office did a poor job ensuring we moved into a safe, clean and well prepared unit. Please note we moved in during COVID-19 and we could not use basic appliances. Also my carpet is now dirty because of the technicians. Please note I asked repeatedly for them to wear shoe cover inns and they never did. The Orsini Apartments and their help during Coronavirus 2020. Evictions while people tries to cope with pandemic. No customer service avail. No answers!
It's a great apartment, I just wish the Orsini staff could solve my problems. They didn't give me back my deposit. I've been trying to contact them by emails several times. No reply, I am worried.
There is an animal running rampant in the Resident Services office. Answers to the name of Jenn. Management refuses to call animal control to remove the pest.
Waaayyyy too expensive to have soooo many issues. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They owe me money for a lost package. Run my check
