Way to expensive for the level of care and maintenanceÂ
on the day we moved into Orsini 3, we saw some bugs but we did not think that bugs as Roach. however, we found out that those bugs were roaches. because of that, we could not sleep at all. Every single day, we saw differnt sizes of roaches and we had to see them while we were eating or taking a shower. Ok, I’m going to update my review. It’s been 13 days since I got the keys and moved into a studio at The Orsini. Don’t get fooled by the pictures and the looks of this place or even the reviews they awkwardly/strongly encourage/ask you to do it prior to or just after signing a rent - it’s SO bad I would give zero stars if I could! Avoid the hassle and struggle of dealing with ghp management so any of their dtla resort style apartments. Worst management ever, seriously only do it if you’re willing to go to court afterwards. Safe yourself from the trouble.Â
The worst place I have ever lived with the worst “management” I have ever encountered. Let me start off saying that I have lived in many apartments due to my job that requires me to constantly move to different cities. I have many experiences to compare and this is by far the worst. My daughter lives at this apartment complex and was recently involved in an accident that occurred on the property. The property management failed to show any concern for her health or her car which was totaled. NOW...they have refused to return any phone calls from our auto insurance agency to get the claim settled. Absolutely terrible disregard for its tenants! This was 100% the fault of the property as a piece of the building fell on her car....the only thing I ask is for them to return the calls by our insurance comp... read more
Horrible management. Horrible communication. Received a huge bill after I vacated the property with unnecessary charges. Building always smells like weed. The only plus side is, it's in a great location, easy access to freeways and all the dtla life. Be careful and wise when deciding to live here. There are other beautiful apartments in dtla.Â
