The property is really nice during the day, but it does have several downsides. There are periods of car break ins and it doesn't feel safe at night. Trash is constantly an issue. Another huge problem is that the property can't keep maintenance people because of the MASSIVE workload MAA requires of their maintenance team. It takes way too long for work orders to be done because of this and I have seen times where tenants get to a point of being so mad that they leave the property. I absolutely hated living here. It was 1 thing after another and we only lived here for 9 months. First a man was peeking through our windows at night looking at us! So I already don't feel safe (happened second month living there.) management did nothing. Then everything in the kitchen started breaking (the cabinet doors, the oven vent hood start coming down), then our water heater started leaking leaving our floor wet but that isn't even the worst part. Let me first start by saying I lived there for 8 years. When I 1st moved there it was a 5 star complex. Beautiful grounds with wonderful amenities. It still is. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job. The only thing that was more frustrating was the HVAC and living on the 3rd floor. Continuously adding Freon is not a solution. It's not the complex but it's the people that move into the complex. The only apartment complex in the Polo Road area the doesn't have a security gate. Known issues: A shooting ... Apply at your own risk. I went and toured an apartment and received an email on the available units that fit my criteria and prices for each unit. I submitted an application and almost a week later I got a response, at which time they had raised the prices!! I sent them a copy of my email that they had sent me which did not indicate anything in the way of an expiration date so I respectfully asked them to either honor their prices or return my $110.00 processing fee (just the processing fee, not the application fee of $50... read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I moved in a little over two weeks ago, was told that I'd receive my mailbox key by the end of the day. STILL don't have it after asking numerous times. Also went to the office to resolve an issue during business hours twice, but office was locked with lights on and no sign. Went back again for the third time later that day, by that time there was a sign on the door saying to come back the next day. My property and paddock clubs are back to back. Tried calling multiple times because their bushes over growing my property fence. Told I could cut them myself because they had more important things to take of. I dont ask them to cut my grass why should I have to cut their budhes

Literally the WORST apartment complex I've lived in! The entire year I lived here the trash has never worked and yet we are still being charged for it. Along with being charged monthly for pest control while out apartment has NOT ONCE been sprayed for pest. I set my trash outside for 30 min before work so I would remember to take it out and the next day I get a $50 trash fee. I can understand if I left it out for days, but not even an hour!! I've been living in the complex for a year now. For starters, the apartment I moved into was not the model I was shown. Where I pay over $800 each month, I should be paying about $600 each month. When I finally moved into this basic apartment, I realized the carpet had not been cleaned and there were baby roaches in the apartment. Later, my apartment was flooded; the pipes burst upstairs. I've only been here for less than a month and wish I had picked another community. I wish I had minded the poor reviews. DON'T MOVE HERE. Already looking into buying out.
