Great location The Paddock Club is great place to live. The area is safe and the landscaping is well maintained. The complex has a lake to fish, pool, workout room and a dog park. HOMELY AND ECO-FRIENDLY The environment is perfect for lovers of the outdoors-have a calming meditative walk, with your pup, by the lake, where you can mindlessly feed the ducks or fish with your family. With outside grilling, this large community is quiet, with maintenance crew on point. Apartment rooms are large with more than adequate parking for visitors and residents. I lived in the Paddock Club for three years. At times the repairs I requested were difficult to get repaired by staff, but other times they were on the ball within minutes of the request. I am very pleased with my apartment at the Paddock club in Columbia, overall. The schools are good, the ammenities are excellent, and the neighbors are nice. The rate of repair is the only slow and often untimely aspect of this community.
Have enjoyed living here for a year now...and with the exception of some strange neighbors, everything has been plesant. The Management staff does a great job in all they do.
