I was treated very kind with up most respect,an they were very concerned about my well being,an my pain an concerned and suggested that I see my doctor on my next visit.I greatly appreciate their concerns and the respect they have for their patients and their well-being I would suggest that Pain Center of the Bluegrass to anyone that is having problems with pain that they need to see a Pain Center to me Pasadena is one of the top as far as a Pain Center that is concerned about their patients! A Five Star!!!!!.
Regular 3 months check up the doctors always listen to me
Great check in Nicole was very professional when checking in. The nurse Rodney is always great when getting vitals. And the wait time to see the dr is short and when seeing the dr she will answer any questions I may have and she will ask if there anything I need.
Very compassionate care provided by this amazing team!
Front Desk was Friendly and got me back pretty quickly today. The only problem I had is my balance was only $1.97 and they didn't ask if I could pay that now or the next time I came back it was that it was an out standing balance that I needed to pay it today. Is the way I took it. The Pa I seen is wonderful Ishe really knows what she's talking about and explains things to her patients.
