I was worried at 1st but after talking to my Dr for a bit I felt heard and seen. I have really bad social anxiety especially when meeting new Dr.'s. Everyone was very nice there.

There is hardly any wait time,front staff very respectful n professional, front start to finish very caring staff.Dr Freeland makes me feel she is really there to help me work through pain issues n sees me as a person not a number.Thanks for all the attention Ballard Wright staff.
