I was scheduled for 10 AM. I arrived 20 minutes early for registration and filled out necessary forms. Upon triage, I was informed that my actual appointment with the doctor was not until 11:20. Since I live out of town, I had scheduled another appointment for 12:00. Had I been aware of the two different times, I would have scheduled my following appointment for a later time. Upon scheduling, it should be articulated about your expected arrival time AND your actual appointment time.

Everyone I dealt with was nice and polite from checking in to checking out. Had to wait a little bit to check out because computers were down but other than that it was a good visit. Dijana was great as always.
