I was treated with dignity and respect as a client and not treated like a criminal because I suffer from chronic back pain. The pill epidemic has caused so many people who are seriously and honestly suffering with pain to be neglected and rejected it felt great to be able to be honest with my Dr about the pain I have been experiencing and to be treated humanly.

Everyone is always super nice and respectful. I've been a patient there for almost a year and my medication has only been approved by my insurance one time. I've left many messages for a prior authorization and even spoke with the lady that does the PA's and MedImpact said that there wasn't even a PA sent in for the months of July and August when I spoke to the lady the day of my appointment as I was leaving my appointment in July.
