The experience was helpful, although I was hoping to see my doctor, especially since no changes are possible without me meeting with her directly. I was glad to hear her delivery was a success and that she is doing well. I was unable to make my appointment in February because of vehicle problems and the call center got me set up for the 3rd of this month and at the same time I was directed to call back and speak with the nurse about my prescription.
