From the medical survey the day before my appointment, to the quick vitals check-up, to our in-depth visit Dr. Shockey, to the young lady who scheduled my next two appointments. We were treated with courtesy, direct questions to determine my recent medical history, and genuine interest and empathy throughout the visit.
