He is a founding member of the ICRS (International Cartilage Repair Society-1997) and present Vice President of the Society. Long length of time in patient room, also the room was very cold. Dr Minas was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me and told me several ways to fix my knee/ leg. He gave me a cortisone shot to help with the pain and wanted to wait about 3 months to see how the shot worked. I may need surgery .and a new brace.
Super nice staff. They were there when I needed them and always came to help within minutes. Highly recommend!!

A good surgeon, but his support staff were barrier to properly communicate my health care needs, which hindered my recovery.
Very knowledgeable with excellant bedside manner!! I had both my knees replaced and was petrified prior to surgery! To say I’m a new person is an understatement! HE GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK! Thank you Dr. Minas!!
Dr Minas is compassionate, knowledgeable and very thorough. Do not hesitate to have Tom Minas perform your knee surgery. Staff is excellent. Always an excellent experience!
After a horrible experience at a different ortho, was so grateful to have a friend refer me to Dr. Paley, he was worth the drive! Everyone at the office is amazing, especially Ash and Jeff. My surgeries were done at St.Mary’s, their nurses/staff were wonderful, the hospital itself definitely needs new management, but was worth dealing with the issues to have Dr. Paley as my doctor.
Just had an emergent total hip replacement by Dr. Minas. You could not get better care from this surgeon and his staff. I was able to walk the day of my surgery. Recovery road is still ahead but I am 100% confident of success.
