Very knowledgeable with excellant bedside manner!! I had both my knees replaced and was petrified prior to surgery! To say I’m a new person is an understatement! HE GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK! Thank you Dr. Minas!!
Dr Minas is compassionate, knowledgeable and very thorough. Do not hesitate to have Tom Minas perform your knee surgery. Staff is excellent. Always an excellent experience!
After a horrible experience at a different ortho, was so grateful to have a friend refer me to Dr. Paley, he was worth the drive! Everyone at the office is amazing, especially Ash and Jeff. My surgeries were done at St.Mary’s, their nurses/staff were wonderful, the hospital itself definitely needs new management, but was worth dealing with the issues to have Dr. Paley as my doctor.
Just had an emergent total hip replacement by Dr. Minas. You could not get better care from this surgeon and his staff. I was able to walk the day of my surgery. Recovery road is still ahead but I am 100% confident of success.

Cheerful greeting, not a long wait. Everyone was kind and attentive. Doctor Minas did a great job on my right knee and the technology he uses is cutting edge. I was literally on my feet the night of my surgery and home the next day. I think I only used a walker for couple days and a cane for a couple weeks longer. I was driving 9 days after surgery purely out of necessity as I was taking care of my wife post back surgery and our daughter who had a knee injury. very responsive, concise, with no sense of being in a hurry. Explanations are very clear, and the staff is also excellent. A very good team.
Perfect, surgery explained so no surprises. Great listener. All his staff are readily available and answer questions. No delays. This my Second surgery with great outcomes. My daughter had 4 surgeries with Dr Mina’s with great outcomes. Nothing negative to say. I would only go to this surgeon.
After 3 ortho docs someone finally listened and gave me options.
