Profesional and caring From the front desk to Dr Minas - very impressive!
Dr. Minus and his entire staff have been great! Appointments were very efficient. No waiting in waiting room for extended periods of time. Diagnosis and treatment were explained clearly. All of my questions, and I had a lot, were promptly answered. I am only one week out from my surgery. But I have had an amazing experience so far at the Paley Institute and with Dr. Minus and his staff. Jeff and Ash, you are the best!
I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Minas and his team at the Paley Institute. I had two full knee replacements done (Dec 2020 and April 2021) I have completed all follow-up and Physical Therapy appointments. I am thrilled to be living without pain.
Dr. Minas gave me a clear explanation of the causes of my knee pain and provided a clear course of action to help alleviate the pain.
My visit was very comprehensive. All my questions were answered. Dr. Minus is very caring. I trust him. I was very happy with my visit
Excellent experience. I was taken in for X-rays exactly on time and then taken into the exam room exactly on time. My discussions with both Dr. Minas and his PA were specific to my concerns and needs. The diagnosis and treatments were very clearly explained. Both the doctor and PA had very positive attitudes and left me with the same feeling. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered. Very professional office.
Dr. minus and his team are great! I would recommend them to anyone they do phenomenal work , they very courteous ,caring, Informative, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He straighten both my legs taking the pressure half of my knees allowing room for my cartilage to regrow.
My son underwent bilateral knee surgery. Dr. Minas was excellent at communicating the results and leading up to the surgery. Very professional. Highly recommend.
Dr Minas has very good bed side manners. He is very professional. He explains to me about my situation in a way that I understand. He listens attentively to my concerns and questions and never seems to be on a haste. He was very concerned about me having the best pain management. My sister and I were very pleased about the way he explains everything to me and my plan of care. Dr Minas is now my Orthopedic doctor(new) Cudos Dr Minas
