From Homeless to Happiness My husband & I were evacuated from our previous apartment in our bare feet and PJs when a fire happened in the units next to us. We had to go to a hotel for several days. My husband is handicapped so it was a traumatic experience for us both. It’s OK Pros: Mostly quiet, good location (walking distance to grocery store and restaurants), two laundry facilities, very friendly staff and maintenance, pet friendly (minus poop everywhere). Cons: Not as spacious as my last apartment of same value- especially bathroom, Dish cable is included (no opt out option to save $$$ on something I don’t need/use), assigned parking has no order (my neighbor’s spot is outside our doors whereas mine is a walk across the lot).
