Beautiful and Affordable The office staff was so kind and welcoming. The property was clean and they have a beautiful lake when you first enter the property. I submitted my application today! I am super excited.
New Managment/ Under Renovations I recently moved in to Lakeview Trails and management is great. They are completely renovating everything and I love my new apartment. I can't wait to see the finished property, I am sure it will be beautiful.

Dodged a bullet Moving to the ATL area for work. Stopped by for a tour and let me say this is probably one of the worst places I’ve stepped foot in. Mold was on window seals and it looked painted over 100 times, obviously trying to cover up the issue rather than fixing it. DEAD ROACHES were in the cabinets (reviews from 5 years ago say the same thing) so obviously they don’t care to fix the problem. Rental rates are inaccurate The rental rates and availability listed on apartments.com nor the properties website or the amount given when I filled out my application online are what I was told after approval. The price of a 1 bed was higher than a 2 bed listed on here. Much higher.
Nothing is Aviable Now I went to the place since no one responded to my request for a tour and there are no apartments for rent as of 7 Sep 2022. I asked about the unit on this site they said that its not updated and will be 30 to 60 days before they have a unit open for rent.
**RENTER BEWARE** If I could give zero stars I would. When I showed up on move in day they neglected to call ahead to let me know my air conditioner was broker and it would be days before it’s fixed (I was moving from another state and it was summer). I had to stay at a hotel for 4 days. Once I moved in the apartment it was barley finished. Things broken, dirty, missing, etc. infested with cockroaches which still have not been dealt with. They aren’t honest Not only are they not honest they have attitudes when you want them to fix their mistakes. She moved me into a unit that wasn’t even halfway ready, carpet messed up and carpet has STILL NOT BEEN FIXED. I get attitudes when I call up to the office about the MANY things that were wrong In this “renovated” apartment. PSA DO NOT MOVE HERE PSA!!!!!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES move to this horrible place!!!! Roaches everywhere, it’s roach INFESTED and the managers or whoever runs the place are liars. I won’t get into detail but I couldn’t get out of my lease here because they lied on their end.
