ABSOLUTELY NOT ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES This is THE WORST COMPLEX IS THE ENTIRE ATL AREA. I came hom to TWO COCKROACHES in my bedroom. My fiancé and I both come from military homes, need I say more? After being insuranced that this complex does not have bug problem, I saw 2 roaches the night i MOVED IN. Not on point! The knowledge of the staff is stagnant. They do not return calls, they give excuses to why they are not on point, they tell you the steps that must be taken to move forward, but they do not follow them. They would not honor the prices that was originally found on this site, and again the staff does not know what they are doing. Walkthrough of your 1 Br The tub is extremely dirty on the walkthrough of your 1 bedroom. That will definitely detour people from renting these apartments. I am looking for somewhere to stay and as soon as I saw that, I decided not to even consider this complex.

LakeView Trails Apartments I've been renting here for a year now and management sucks! its a very nice property and very affordable but the upkeep is poor. I really hope they get it together soon!

Renovation The apartments I live in are so bad. We have a big lake that is so brown many apartments have mold and broken air conditioning.Clogged drains are the worst and poor maintenance and landlord. We have a swimming pool they won't open it was a blazing summer!Last but not least pest!
