It’s really upsetting when the office dismisses my phone call as it’s not important. I have been trying to get answers about my application I submitted and I get the runaround that someone will call me back. It’s been 3 weeks no and still no returned phone calls or emails. Everyone in the office never knows what’s going on. Don’t rent here, they lie about absolute best customer service.

It's horrible here the leasing office don't know what their doing half the time, it's over priced for the area, the parking sucks, you can't have visitors over because of the parking problem, people arguing late at night or shall I say after 2:00am in the morning, you can't have a door mat because they will toss it in the trash and they don't ever clean the stairs or walk way. Take this as a warning and don't move here..
