It's horrible here the leasing office don't know what their doing half the time, it's over priced for the area, the parking sucks, you can't have visitors over because of the parking problem, people arguing late at night or shall I say after 2:00am in the morning, you can't have a door mat because they will toss it in the trash and they don't ever clean the stairs or walk way. Take this as a warning and don't move here..
I guess they have a serious problem with tweekers breaking into cars.
Nope, don't like living here. Noisy neighbors, late night laud parties with windows open and overflowing into common areas, and often too.. my unit always smells like pot from the marathon smokers nest door. Neighbors fighting out side on their patios. Neighbors surround sound boom box way too laud. Over priced. Rules not enforced. Dirty. It goes on and on. Glad I only signed a 6 month lease. Be smart, don't rent here.
BEWARE. DRIVE PAST AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO COLLEGE PARK APARTMENTS. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. They have changed management three times in two years. They are hiring new people all the time. The owner has no care to take care of the tenants. Also forget about getting your deposit back. Myself and all of my classmates who have lived here were not given our deposits back and they have been demanding more money from us. They lied about their check out process. Notice all of the positive reviews refer to Toi and members of the old management team. New management company = the worst headache you will ever experience in your life. No upkeep of the grounds whatsoever also, weeds everywhere. Homeless people walk around the neighborhood digging through your garbage and garages.
Place is beautiful with lots of ammenities...courtesous sales team and very helpful. I showed up 10 mins b4 closing, and the leasing consultant was very cool about it.
