I was very impressed about how careful the two workers were, during this time of COVID, to keep us and themselves as safe as possible. Very professional. And hats off to them for their perseverance doing all this work in the cold under our mobile home in the middle of December. They really live up to their name The Pleasant Plumber
We were very very relieved to be able to get a service call on short notice on a Sunday morning. Sandy who answered the phone was helpful and friendly, and the plumbers, Andrew and Bella, were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, discussed our options, did great work and and left everything nice and clean. I'd definitely call them again and am happy to recommend them.
I was very impressed with the overall friendliness (both in the reception and in the plumber) and the quality/timeliness of their service. I would definitely consider using the Pleasant Plumber again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They were very nice to deal with and were on time to re light my pilot light on the hot water tank. The service cost $277.00 after tax so a bit high for 5 min work but I needed it
