They arrived in the stated time frame. He was professional, polite and friendly. Everything was explained about what was to be done and was done quickly with almost no mess. We are very pleased.
The plumber, whose name was Kevin, arrived within 15 minutes of the expected time. He assessed the problems and made very good suggestions. And he did the work quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and courteous at all times. If we ever need another plumber, we will be phoning the Pleasant Plumber and asking for Kevin! The cost was a bit higher than I thought, but, I am not a plumber and could not do what Kevin did so efficiently.

Kevin was very courteous and on time. He found the problem in about 5 minutes. ..and once he pointed out what the problem was I put my hand in and pulled it out myself...Paying for the service call a small price to pay for relief and peace of mind. I would definitely call them again.
