Horrible Management. Horrible Maintenance. Horrible Corporate Office. Miserable living experience. They put profit before providing a safe living place for residents. My apartment has leaked three times in two months. They keep painting over the leak and it keeps happening.
In my 51 years of life, this is by far the worst management company that I've ever dealt with. They took over our complex 17 days ago, and they don't have a clue at every aspect. I guess noone looked at their 2.3 rating before making this piss poor decision. They're not crediting payments, and then threatening legal action for non payment... Even after providing proof of payment. I've sent 3 messages to different managers through the portal, with no response. Then on a phone call their excuse was, and I quote "we're not sure... read more
The team is very delayed in responding to tenants and do not complete maintenance requests no matter how many times you submit it. My unit had foundation issues and flooding. The landlord refused to give me a habitable space to stay in path they had other vacant units.
I had the pleasure of working with Kasey and her team. The Complex I visited was very clean and staff was very pleasent to be around. This company and their employees were very friendly to work with, they treat you like family, and take their time to address all your questions. We were all able to collaborate with ease and bounce ideas off one another. I look forward to working with their team again.
Beware!!! The minute this group of greedy, lying, evasive thieves took over the complex in Oklahoma (after he lived there 3 years) EVERYTHING changed. Prices went up, utilities were charged incorrectly, maintenance could not be found. Talked to others to make sure it was not just a singular series of mishandling errors… NOPE… we are out of there, and out money… example??? No one lived in the apt for an entire month.
