Verified Renter I am only here because the maintenance team. I will not be renewing. You schedule maintenance projects that should be done in winter for the summer. The pool issues are far to many. That literally the only amenity worth anything. Gym is a joke the basketball court is tiny and useless. Plus the joke increases in rent are more than of I leave and come back a month later.

Verified Renter Hello I really like living here at The Preserve. The new colorful lighted feature in the lake is very nice. I appreciate all the work that Sandy and the staff do. The maintenance men are jolly on the spot whenever you call them. The new tile roofs are going to look really good. I feel very safe here because there are at least two sheriff cars in the parking lot. I cannot wait for the pool to be open after the new pump installation and resurfacing.
