Verified Renter Everybody in the front office was super friendly and helpful during our move-in process and every neighbor my boyfriend and I have come into contact with has been super friendly! I’ve also brought my family in to do a pool day twice so far and we’ve had great experiences!

Verified Renter I've lived here for almost 8 years and truly enjoy the peacefulness of The Preserve. There's enough wildlife here that allows me to take a few photos to post on Facebook and send to friends. It is close enough to work I could walk there and all the businesses where I shop are close to The Preserve. Thankfully I live on the backside of the building and don't hear any of the cars riding up and down the street. Verified Renter Neighborhood is quiet. Our outdoor AC unit got damaged somehow but maintenance was right on it before we even knew about it ourselves and replaced it almost the next day. Someone always answers the phone and I know it’s a silly thing but the pet stands are always clean and fully stocked. We have yet to utilize all of the amenities since the pool was closed for a few months but will try to go soon. Only suggestions I have is that the gym get a little update.
