Not worth it! I did love it here the first year I lived there. After that things began to change. The people who cut the grass alway blocked my garage entrance. Not only them anyone who came to work in the apartments. My car always covered in grass. Another thing, I was out of town during a holiday break and payments online were trouble because they were updating the website. I called their office to see if they were there, which they were. Verified Renter We've lived at the Preserve at Longleaf for 14 years and have no plans to part any time soon. This is a superior community with excellent management and maintenance. Location is great. Close to grocery stores, drug stores, I-95, the beach, the zoo and so many other things. This complex places you between downtown Melbourne and the Viera area. In other words, a great community in a super location.
