Verified Renter The Apartment Life team really help you feel at home and welcomed in the community. The maintenance team is responsive and quick with any issues I've ever had. It's a really great fit for us, we love it here!

Verified Renter The only negative comment I have about the Preserve is the teeth-jarring speed bumps. They could be effective without destroying the cars alignment or the residents spines.

Look Elsewhere This used to be a 'Luxury Apartment" complex, but in my almost 10 years as a resident, despite now paying double my rent the resident experience has really gone downhill, especially since the management change in the fall of 2019. From questionable neighbors (used to be younger professionals, now it's a lot of sketchy people), to the slow maintenance, almost no space for recyclables, dated half-broken appliances, and harsh ugly exterior lighting - this complex at least HAD excellent customer service.
