She was wonderful! She was very helpful and did so much more than most realtors would have done to help us sell our house and find a new place to live. She was personable and related to us like we were friends. She made us feel like we could actually do this, even in the terrible market. She made a way for us to seek our house even though there were not many people buying.

Maribel worked with us to help us find our first house and was set on making Ute we found something that fit our lifestyle and why we wanted in a house she. She treated us like family and made sure we had a home that was perfect for us.
In essence, we were unable to sell our house until we enlisted the services of Maribel. She told us exactly what we needed to do and, as soon as we acted on her suggestions, our house sold.

She is the best relator I have ever dealt with. She will go out of her way to make sure you will get what you want for the price you wanna pay! Showed us as many houses as we want to, even through video calls because we lived far away before buying the house. She will keep fighting for you until you get your deal. Once under contract she will take care of inspection and everything else that needed to be done. Even paid for one of the contractors because we were out of the country at that time. She is great!
As a first time seller and 2nd time buyer we're really glad Maribel was our agent. We chose her because she was knowledgeable about the area, confident and informative about the entire process. She went above and beyond helping sell our home and finding/purchasing a new one all at the same time.
