As I walked in, I was cordially greeted and welcomed by security and wished me good luck on my play. I found it very encouraging and supportive from staff. I had wished to win well. However, it did not happen the way I was expecting. But the ambience of the place was very suitable and inviting to sit and play. The staff was very cordial, smiling and offering services as needed.
