This community is Fantastic! Staff is very accommodating and courteous towards family and visitors. Friendly atmosphere and the food always smells delicious! Its apparent cleanliness is a top priority. The community looks great inside and out.
I met with [name removed], a wealth of information regarding senior living option. Their facility is designed independent living , and living assistance. The luxurious facility was great. This would be a strong consideration for my wife and I, assuming our needs in future remain the same.
This is a difficult thing to rate. My circumstances may not be yours. First off this place is pretty expensive and because of that I assumed it would have "better care". I moved my mom who is 94 from another facility that was good for younger people but my mom did not like it. For her food was extremely important and she is fussy. I was happy with the tour of this community because they have staff that was caring and willing to answer the questions that we had. We liked the cleanliness of the environment. We liked the menu and the activities that we were shown. We wanted something closer. I would over all recommend this community for the care of a loved one.
This is a clean nice community. The people we met during our tour were nice. They offer daily activities including different types of exercise classes.
My Father move in recently and he has expressed how happy he is. The staff, residents welcomed him with open arms. I feel good knowing he is happy and safe.
My elderly parent is at Brookside and the communications are TERRIBLE! I have easily requested emails SIX TIMES on events so I could attend public holiday celebrations and never an email or call. Unbelieveable! The phone isn’t always answered, no recording machine! Finally in the current virus situation updates would be helpful, what are they doing to ensure the health of the residences???
