They are very kind to my parents. The location is perfect. The facility itself is clean. However, they gave my father my mother's medication's. Likely, this caused him to have a blood sugar of 36. Put him in the hospital for several days. I've asked him to look into it and see what happened. I have not heard back. I don't feel like it was taken quite seriously. I like the friendliness of the staff and residents and the facility itself. We are having problems with him getting help he needs from the aides on a daily basis and being able to get a hold of the director and head nurse to discuss these issues.

The Residence at Brookside is a lovely facility, and the employees were all very nice. However, they were clearly understaffed and had a lot of turnover, which does not inspire a lot of faith. Additionally, I don't think the care was all that great - my brother's meds were messed up a couple of times, and communication was not good - among staff, between staff and my brother's medical team, and between staff and our family. I was honestly pretty disappointed in the quality of care for the price.
I think the building is very nice and very clean. I think the meals are great. The activities are a lot of fun and the care service is also a number five but I do wish that the staff would be a little more friendly because that would make a big difference in a community of this size.
I really like living here at Brookside. I think the people that work here are very very friendly. I have a lot of fun at my meal times with my friends and I appreciate everything everybody does. that works here. I think the community is beautiful, but it definitely needs new carpet.
I really enjoy living at Brookside. I am very very happy here. I was born in Yugoslavia and I have made a lot of friends here. I love the food and the dining experience every day I will give Brookside number fives on everything and I love my two bedroom apartment.
I wish there was a place that we could put our walkers when we are in the dining area. It seems like they’re all over the place and it would be nice to have a designated area for them. I am very happy with the dining service and the food.
