I'm going to be honest here communication with the director is lacking. We love the new activities Director she's fantastic but she has to do way too many things. Their transportation is a big issue because if they have known to drive the activities Director has to leave and do the driving. And they spoke about offering another day for medical appointments and they never came through with that. My mom is in memory care. Most of the staff are friendly and kind, and the director is experienced and caring. But the staff to resident ratio could be better and the communication overall is lacking. The facility is newer construction and nice, but the memory care wing is limited in where residents can go. Independent and assisted living residents may have a better experience.

Beginning process was ready to be easy I feel like the issue of staffing and scheduling for home health aides was not great. The first month to six weeks was really quite hit or miss with the service we were not getting responses back from the director or the nursing staff which made it difficult to help my parents transition. It's new and clean with very nice staff and residents. The food is very good, especially compared to the previous place I lived. The activities are very good, but it's hard to please everyone. I live in Independent living and the care is fine. My apartment is spacious and bright. Administration could be a little more responsive, but that's very likely not the fault of local mgmt., but rather home office fiats. I'm happy here in this very pretty facility. I was incredibly impressed with the Residence at [name removed] during a recent visit. There were so many wonderful activities happening - and the residents all seemed engaged and in good spirits. The living accomodations are beautiful and immaculately clean. And the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met during visits like these. I visited the community with my husband and we were thrilled with the staff - the Executive Director was so engaging and welcoming. The nursing team was outgoing and friendly as were the housekeepers and everyone we met during our visit was wonderful. We truly felt welcomed.
