I understand that no one can predict a power outage - but you can be PREPARED for one. Apparently the generator does not operate the HEAT or LIGHTS in the residents rooms. My mother was cold and unable to cook for herself! The place was chaotic and completely unprepared. Again this week power goes out! This place is beautiful - lots of time and effort put into the decor - if only the same efforts were put into the actual well being and basic needs of the residents who pay a considerable amount of money to stay there!
