The first reason... (Verified Renter) The first reason I would not recommend the apartment is because the grounds have gotten increasingly unclean. There has been cat litter and cat feces spilled on one of the staircases for a long time that has still not been picked up and there are cigarette butts littered throughout the grounds. There has also been an increase in people not following the rules of the valet trash service which makes the complex looks dirty, as well as people not picking up after their dogs.
