The features of... (Verified Renter) The features of the apartment complex and the apartment itself is a terrific value for the rent rate and location of apartments. Natalie was very friendly and did a fantastic job explaining everything to us while we were meeting with her. I felt like when we left, I had all the information we needed to make a decision and our experience was more personal at Retreat at Hamburg Place than other complexes visited throughout the day.

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the community but I don't feel it is kept up to "luxury" standards. Again, pet waste everywhere, tons of smoking residents, the hot tub and grills have been broken on numerous occasions, concrete stained and not "blown" to remove dust and leaves up in the stairwells and landings
