I have ordered many products and have had trs products in my last 3 vehicles and each experience was great. So that being said, I don’t want to give this company an all out negative review because I believe we are all human and all have bad experiences once and a while, however, this last experience has been terrible. Absolutely garbage experience so far, over 21 days since my order that hasn’t fully came and hours on the phone with rude and inconsiderate reps. A manager admitting I was lied to by one of his staff members about the rest of the order as well is the cherry on top. Don’t buy from these guys waste of time trying to obtain what you paid for…but why would they care they already have the money

Let me start by saying that I have ordered many, many lighting kits from TRS in the past both for my personal stuff as well as inquiring friends. I hate to speak poorly about any company dealing with post covid business climate but I own a company myself and I have witnessed a very poor shift in quality of service from this company. My order was not labeled back ordered or not in stock. But they took my money and shipped the order partially. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone nor reply back to my emails. I placed an order yesterday and the ballasts are on back order. Something to do about the war in Ukraine…. anyway, someone said in the only email I’ve received that they would help me find some ballast in inventory that would work with this. I have yet to hear anything at all and half of this order has already shipped to me before I could make a decision on what to do. Been without headlights for the Jeep for 7 weeks. Started a warranty claim on September 23rd, got a response that following Monday. Ever since then, I have to follow up twice before I get a response. Finally, 9 days ago they ask for a good shipping address to send a replacement kit. Provided no shipping info. Reached out twice since, and then today I get a "Shipped" email to an old address. Days are short and we can't drive the Jeep at night. Terrible experience.

Terrible company with unethical sales tactics. I ordered some ballasts that showed “in stock” then instead of shipping confirmation they informed me that ballast are actually Not is Stock for another 4-6 weeks so i responded with request to cancel the order. Received another email to confirm my request which i responded to confirming that i want them to cancel that order. I thought all was was set and done. My order came with missing pieces. Called customer service was on hold for 3 hours …emailed and didnt get a response. Gonna take a month to get my headlights in. I dont leave reviews but going out of my way to leave this bad one!
