The purchase went well and the bulbs were good but they are sending SPAM ever since.

Poor customer service and don’t support people owning their products. Apparently the head of XB Product Support from Morimoto works at TRS but you’ll get better support from Morimoto themselves. They have other sister companies that are horrible as well. Save yourself headache and buy from another manufacturer. Forums also show their products aren’t built for durability.

So i went to make order at website for Morimoto Headlights for S550,well a company that claims worldwide shipping they don't ship to PR, ok so let's email them, i will not say the name started helping out claiming yes we do WW shipping, i was left hanging after some mails and screenshots, ok so let's chat using web site, i was told they don't ship but not before leaving me hanging a couple of times, ok great, let's try some more help, messenger yeap no aswer, for a Company to claim WW shipping at least PR is not included and... read more

—-updated——. They heard my voice and refunded my last purchase. Thanks for helping me out.. Ive now spent $600.00 in headlight HID kits for my Silverado. I have a $65,000 truck and crap for headlights. I’ve purchased 2 lumens HId kits. constantly one wouldn’t turn on. Unless I turned them off and on. Or even flicker. That’s with the proper kits to stop this. They have all been professionally installed by mechanic. So now after a couple years spending almost 400 on 2 hid kits the one headlight is out. Terrible experience, they didn’t even print a shipping label till I filed a complaint 39 days after the they took my money. As far as I can see the tracking states it never even made it to USPS. Not they are telling me it’s lost in the USPS system? Oh great now what I’m out 1400.00?? Now it’s 2 months since I ordered these lights and all I get is empty responses from a different person each time I send a request.

Terrible service when it came to my $600 malfunctioning C7 stingray tail lights. Do not want to provide the 10 year warranty for my product that were purchased Sept. 4th of 2020

Great quality on hid kits but I have a few gripes about how my purchase went. Sent me a bad ballast had to destroy it and send pics back then they ship out usps first class took 5 days to replace...luckly I had old ballast. Cut my finger in the process of destroying the ballast. Also had to order extra part for my install that was slow to arrive.. extra parts like drivers make install clumsy and adds parts under the hood.smh maybe I will go LED next time.
