Jay and his team are a real group of professionals. Jay is well connected, knowledgable, straight forward,... and also a very nice person. He is easy to work with and very good at guiding his clients through a sale or purchase. I have done both with his team and both transactions were equally professional and productive for me. Logan was very helpful throughout the whole process, having knowledge of the areas that I was interested in. I currently live in Illinois so not being able to be there Logan went out of his way to mark areas on this property for me. Responded quickly to answer questions I had along the way. He is very easy to talk to, there were no confusing conversations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.
