Cleaning up the stay over rooms we were there for days and had to ask for Cleaning service

Our room 210, had an awful, constant sound from the heating/ac unit that was maddening. Facilities came up and said they, unfortunately, couldn’t tamper with it because it’s under manufacturer’s warranty since it’s new. We had to have them turn the unit off completely. The front desk brought up blankets because it’s supposed to be 53 degrees tonight. So, we are not happy and trust they will compensate us with a refund or at the very least, a partial refund!

I have stayed in several different hotels over the years for trips and was never so disappointed in my experience that I felt the need to leave a negative review. This location is absolutely terrible, from the lack of air conditioning, the bathroom doors that don't lock, the open-concept shower and last but not least, the staff. Food was nasty

Check in was fine . Checking out was the problem. Checked out Sunday morning around 7:30 . No one was at desk. Security had call the lady from back. Then it took us thirty minutes to get vehicle from valet .
