I booked a special from Instagram, the HeadSpa treatment without any add-ons. I booked with Adibah at the Franklin/Brentwood location. She was wonderful. I was not sure where to go once I arrived on the second floor. Adibah sent me a text directing me to suite 228. The spa room was dark and soothing. Kaelan was great and so sweet! The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable but price is steep for what it is and I bought I off a Instagram deal if I paid full price I would have been not satisfied. They have a lot of up-charges that seem like they should be include for price they charge of hot stones, red light treatment, blow drying your hair. I have been patiently waiting for a deal on this place. Unsolicited plug follow their IG for the best opportunity to grab a deal. I have to admit when I saw the yelp reviews I paused. But was determined to have my own experience and I am SO GLAD I did. I went with the basic head spa package, mainly because I have so many things I am allergic to. My best friend from college was visiting so we decided to try this place out. Do not be put off by the fact that it is in an office building. Once you enter the suite, you will never know the difference! There are two different rooms, a single and a double. Obvi, we were in the double. They asked if we wanted the beds heated and we said yes, a little. We climbed into the beds and the linens were so soft and so cozy. This experience is worth every penny! The quality of service matches the quality of products. Emily and Adibah were phenomenal for our duo treatment. Felt relaxing and comfortable. I am refreshed and relaxed leaving! Will come back again!

Had a great experience with Kayley! I felt relaxed and very rejuvenated. She was knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time having a scalp massage and it was wonderful. I'll definitely be back!

Wow what an unforgettable, unique experience. I came because I wanted to relax. I wasn't expecting my hair to feel so renewed and soft afterwards. Their deep conditioning worked wonders on my dry, brittle hair. I can't wait to come back and bring my husband for a Duo treatment!
