Lydia was very sweet and welcoming. She provided a great service and had a very calming presence - but I will unfortunately not be back. While the room was very cozy and comfortable. I did not expect the "spa" to be located in another building with small rental spaces. I think there is something special about getting a massage without gloves and I wish that was the case. Lydia was so sweet and excellent service. she did nothing wrong on her part. but I think adding the mud mask "facial" was not worth an extra $100. I would go back again to get the head spa but do not add on the add ons. very relaxing.

Aryn was awesome but $175 for a hour head massage with shampoo is very very expensive!!!! Should have been more like $50. You can get a full body massage for around $75 average for an hour.

Unfortunately, this was a letdown. The cost was $225., plus a "pre-set tip", bringing the total to over $500 for two people. For this, we got: a loud clunky space with vacuum going on and off down the hall. Water running nonstop, but not actually doing something. A brief shoulder massage, nothing impressive, lasting less than 60 seconds. No real scalp massage other then a brushing through our hair with shampoo. I really wanted to love this place, and was so excited for my appointment. All I can say is it was completely underwhelming. I did the standard head spa package which was $175 for 45 minutes. It is basically a very thorough shampoo and conditioning of your hair. The staff was pleasant, and I have no issues with them, its more the overall experience. I was really excited for my first head spa and had booked it as a birthday gift to myself. Since I did have to reschedule a few times, I appreciated Sage's flexibility in accommodating the changes. Unfortunately, the actual experience left me disappointed. The total cost was $175, which felt steep, but I assumed it would be worth it for a full hour of treatment. Very expensive. Not much massage. More just applying products and rinsing. You leave with wet hair as they have no place to let you dry it yourself.
