Positives for this... (Verified Renter) Positives for this community: Garages are sizable and standard with rental agreement and floorplan designs. The downsides are: Carpet-only units, small washer/dryer combo, and the price point is on the high side considering the previously-mentioned.

Guest parking is... (Verified Renter) Guest parking is practically non-existent. A black Volkswagen has been parked in front of our unit for months and never moved, for example. I suspect many people don’t use their garages.
