The property is... (Verified Renter) The property is supposed to be smoke free but neighbors consistently smoke cigarettes and marijuana. The prices are also very high for the size of the units with very small balcony's.

nice size apartment-... (Verified Renter) nice size apartment- the only thing that I don't care for is the carpet throughout the units. They should be updated to wood to like most of the Apartment complexes in the area.
Highly recommend this... (Verified Renter) Highly recommend this apartment community to everyone I know. The management and maintenance are beyond phenomenal. Everyone is so helpful and it' apparent just from looking at the community itself that they really do care about their tenants.
Neighbors leave their... (Verified Renter) Neighbors leave their trash out all weekend by their door and it's gross. Marijuana use 24/7 with little consequence is out of control. So many light bulbs need replaced in the building and garages. Parking is frustrating.
