I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Sandra made my first experience buying a home such a smooth and easy process! She knows small details to look for that first time home buyers would never think about and was very honest with me about her findings. She made sure I got the best possible house for my budget. I would 100% recommend Sandra!
Sandra did a great job with the negotiations, once we had an offer. We were a little disappointed with the very few showings we had on the house during the four months it took to get the offer. ReMax didn't seem to get the number of customers that we expected and the 4 to 5 showings were done with other company clients. The house was priced under market value and should have attracted a lot more interest then it did.
Alicia worked with our schedules to look at properties, and she always responded to texts very quickly when we had questions. Alicia was very knowledgeable about the properties we looked at-if she didn't know something we asked about, she was very quick to find out the answer for us. We highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a new home.
