Sandra helped me sell some property. I live in Rhode Island, and the property is in Texas. She had the local knowledge and expertise to make it happen. All I had to do was esign the documents.
I bought my house from Sandra in 2001 and have used her and her team for property management since 2010. She has been very helpful in all aspects of property management including an eviction and kitchen upgrade all while I was stationed in Korea. I couldn't have done it without her.
Sandra listed our house as for sale or lease. We had quite a few interested parties and we had a 2 year lease signed within a week. Issues that have come up have been handled quickly and either Sandra or someone from her team are always just a phone call away.
Ms Sandra Wortham is a great person to work with. She provides excellent service and she is very professional in dealing with clients. She is always there when you need her. I first met her in 2009. Ms Wortham has been my Rental Manager and Realtor for over a year. She has done very well for me advising me, representing my interests well and doing what would be very difficult for me to do and doing it well. She has been very professional.
Sandra has been heaven sent for my family. She began working with us 6 mths in advance. We are a military family and were PCS'd here to Sheppard AFB. She has gone above and beyond to help us.
