We interviewed Teresa as a result of her Zillow reviews and multi lingual skills. When meeting her for the interview, we knew right away she was our choice and we could not be happier with our decision. Teresa is knowledgeable, professional, extremely hard working and persistant. She was a joy to work with and in the event we end up moving back to South Florida, we will without hesitation have her represent us in our real estate needs.

I am probably the most difficult person to deal with!!, However, Teresa Santana was always there NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY!! SHE WILL ANSWER HER PHONE, TEXT EMAIL.... Most Importantly!!! Teresa WILL NEGOTIATE to the point of IMPOSSIBILITY! I WILL SINCERELY SAY THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED WITHOUT TERESA EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. On a side note, just a Lovely, hard working Woman....My pleasure indeed...

Teresa is the best Real Estate agent. She sold our house the first week we put it in the market and at a great price. She screened the buyer's lender before recommending accepting the offer. She provided a professional photographer and walked us through all the steps until the closing table.
