I would, and have already, recommend Teresa to anyone moving into the Weston and surrounding area. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and has solid connections to identify motivating factors of seller/buyers to obtain the best deal. She was always on top of the multiple processes required, and we were able to find a property, get it for the price we wanted, and close the deal in a month! Her services during the search for the perfect home were excellent. The negotiating and the financial part is really when we felt her expertise and strong personality. The closing went so smoothly because she brought together the different sides and coordinated the various tech teams. We are happy to be in new home, before school year began. Happy (children) wife, Happy Life.

Teresa was extremely helpful during our search for a house in Weston, FL. I was moving from out of state and had minimal idea about the area and we were first time home buyers. She really helped us understand the complete home buying process and introduced to an great mortgage agent as well. The whole process was very smooth and we closed on a house in a month. It is not a first time I work with Teresa. since we are not local, there was a misunderstand at the begining of the purchase, I do apologize to her. Believe me:If you are not from local, trust Teresa ! She is very prefessional than I think and she went very far for doing all the necessery work for us. Teresa did an outstanding job for me and my family. Her assistance with making the necessary repairs, clean up and staging and her guidance through the entire selling process made it relatively easy and painless. We were able to sell our home for a great price and without her help I don't know if that would have been possible. Teresa is an outstanding realtor with exception market knowledge and negotiation skills. She worked extremely hard in marketing and selling our home as soon as possible. Teresa is a pro and she did her job well. I'm happy we chose to work with her. There wasn't anything left undone. We had to take the house off the market initially. There was no pressure. When we went back to re-list, it was a flawless transition and the house sold in under 24 hours for over asking - cash deal. Happy? You bet!
