Teresa was great at finding houses that fit our needs and the follow-up was wonderful. She gave us her insight but let us decide on what was best for us. In the end, we felt that we were able to purchase the home at the best price possible. We really liked working with her.
My husband and I met Teresa just for casuality because our first Realtor foresook us (never more answered our phoned calls). But thanks God bad things bring good ones. Teresa gave us so proffessional and continuous assistance that we fell confident during all process. She has a very good knowledge about market in this area, and about times of different steps of the process and negociation strategies, that her advises are very helpfull. Very good professional.
Over the past several years we have placed numerous offers on homes (and we are well qualified). No deal ever went through and each previous realtor never communicated what was happening (or not) during the process. Teresa is the exception. She communicates quickly, honestly, and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. Teresa Santana was the most knowledgeable and responsible real estate agent I ever met. She was my support during this "long" process (due to bank requirements) of buying my property. She was always 1 step ahead and on top of things, providing me all the information and answering all questions I had. I highly recommend Mrs. Santana to any person buying a property.
My wife and i were very impressed with the professionalism displayed by Teresa during this entire process. We had looked at over 60 homes over the last year and she treated us with the same degree of courtesy , responsiveness, respect, and enthusiasm from the first house to the last that we eventually purchased.
