Verified Renter So far the community has been very welcoming. From the time I walked in to lease and throughout the move-in process. The office staff has been very communicative and informative. They have kept me in the loop as to the next steps throughout the process. I would recommend this community, it is far enough from the city but yet close to most things.

Verified Renter Living at The Sarah has been an overall improvement in community living comparatively speaking, I have lived in some really nice properties. So far it appears management is staying on top of enforcing rules to keep the property clean, quiet and a peaceful place to live. I can only hope for continued quiet and peaceful living inasmuch as community living can be.

Verified Renter From the moment I walked into the community room and offices of The Sarah I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. My initial tour was done by Alex whom answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the property. Once I walked into the model I was hooked! I did not look anywhere else. I am now living in my place and it is comfortable, convenient, and gorgeous.
